Nonresidents can apply for the regular or the special draw in Wyoming. The state splits the permits 84% for residents and 16% for nonresidents. Wyoming is known and a phenomenal elk hunting state with both coveted tags and great units that only take a few points to draw.
Depending on your plans and budget for this year, Wyoming might be worth considering adding to your overall application strategy.
